Question about 2004 Kia Optima
Any light that stays on in the dash indicates that the particular system has malfunctioned and is not working. In your cas the anti-lock brakes and the traction control system is out. It is probably a wheel speed sensor that is causing both. A trip to the dealer or local tech with proper diagnostic tools is in order. You may want to try and disconnect the car battery for a few minutes and than open a car door (this will drain any remaining voltage in the system) reconnect battery , test drive. If lights return - get car to shop
