Try the crank shaft postion senor. it has two, i recommend replacing them both

The in-tank fuel pump has a filter "sock" at it's intake as you drive fuel is picked up along with debris by the pump's suction along with dirt. This cloggs the pump causing the engine to die. this ends the turbulation in the tank and, the debris falls back into the tank so your engine starts right back up.
