Where is the freeze out plug located on a 98 olds cutlass it's leaking but don't know coming from but Its leaking down motor and running down the motor l bottom of engine. Thanks.

too new to rot and not cold enough anywhere to freeze, so I would go looking for a leak, this freeze plug is small like a quarter and pressed into the block at various places, you can find them easily, I bet you have a head gasket problem or a hose that is spraying on something, clean the affected area? best you can and let it idle and try to locate leak as it heats up , a freeze plug with a tiny hole will usually spray straight away and downward from motor . prob hard to replace with motor in, I have used a puller and a screw, then a hammer and a socket, but no guarantees there ..

Does timing belt gasket have anything to do with the coolant

No, It depends on the car, I am not familiar with the engine in your olds, is it a belt or chain? Usually with a belt, you don't even need a timing cover, it is just a belt protector, a chain is a different story and will ride in oil. If you have a coolant leak up front there, it could be the water pump, or one of the many coolant lines that run back and forth in small pipes and hoses. If you have oil in the radiator or water in the oil, you have a blown head gasket, you can check this with a comp check, any radiator shop will do it and tell you exactly what piston is bad. Head gasket jobs are expensive, we found it cheaper to replace the engine.

I have a 1994 Olds Cutlass Supreme overheating

If it's the water pump, you should be able to see it dripping just behind the pulley. The seal on the water pump is usually what goes. If there is antifreeze drips all over the front of the engine, and it drips a bit after you shut it off, it likely is the water pump.
If it runs poorly when you first start it in the morning, however, you could still have a head gasket problem. If that is the case, you will see a lot of white exhaust, which is the cylinder blowing the antifreeze out. One thing you can do is run it with the rad cap off, and see if it continues to bubble. If it does, then your head gasket is leaking. I am assuming it is a V6, so keep in mind that you have 2 head gaskets. The other oine could be gone now if it wasn't replaced.

Wather in the engine oil , oldsmobile 1995 cutlass supreme

If there is water in your engine oil or it looks like chocolate milk, then you have a blown head gasket. Your coolant will also be off color and your car will most likely begin to overheat. It will be need to be repaired.

1994 old cutlass ciera 3100 blown head gasket.

Get a Chilton's book on the car. It will take you thru the whole job, and give you the torque specs for putting it back together. You will need a torque wrench, foot pounds, and a good socket set.
