You may have a fuse that operates another item as well. Best and quickest is to use a test light and check all fuses while they are still installed by probing the small hole in each end of each. any with power on one side only are bad. (takes less than ten minutes to check every fuse in the entire car doing it this way) Your wiper may also be powered by a circuit breaker (generally don't fail) I would check the harness at the motor itself for power and good ground. also check the stub shaft to make sure it is not frozen so the motor can't move the blade.

Wippers stopped working out of the blue. It is not the fuse. Wippers move when physically moved with hand and do not stop where they are suppose to. There is very little or no friction when doing this. to...

You probably blew a motor, if you have acces to a voltage meter, remove the contacts, turn the wiper switch on and make sure you are getting voltage. If you are, then have the wiper motor checked.

Windshield Wipper switch will not turn off, 2005 Trailblazer

There was a recall on the wiper circuit board cracking and causing the problems your having and at worst the wipers not working. For now you can pull the fuse to the wipers to save the wiper blades, but the problem is the circuit board where the wire harness clips on to the wiper motor cracks and will need to be re-soldered. You can check with the dealer to see if your wiper motor is still covered with the campaign a few years ago, if not you can buy the replacement circuit board at most larger auto parts store like Auto Zone and they can give you the step by step instructions to get the job done. A light tap to the electric motor where the wire harness will also fix this problem, but it really needs to be re-soldered or replaced. Good luck

You must have used a wrong fuse in it. Please check some other fuses that might be the problem.

It is a minor issue.
