Jack up one of your rear wheel and look for the brake fluid bleeder valve. Loosen it up, until the brake fluid
drips. Have someone at the driver seat, and start pumping the brake pedal. Look at the bleeder valve, until the fluid coming out is solid and close it fast and
tight. Repeat this procedure at the other wheel. Then, you are done. E-mail us for your comments.

Look at the plug. There are four tabs in it, make sure they are there. If so then bend the tabs inward. If there is white or green chalky stuff in them, clean them the best you can. Try again. If it still doesn't work, replace the plug.

Must be a bad connection if the bulbs are ok.
Are they the right bulbs? Are they in correctly into the sockets?
Do the headlights work?
Check to see if they're on a separate fuse.

Open bleeder valve on rear of caliper - used for bleeding air out of brake lines. You'll have to bleed the brake when you've done whatever it is you're doing.

Rear Brake Light Wiring on a Ford Freestyle

Just find the hot lead to one of your brake light and use some scotch locks and a piece of wire to connect the two together. Problem solved and will take less than 15 minutes to do.
