Question about 2006 Nissan Z
Hi I have a 1999 nissan wingroad.
The tachometer gauge works fine sometimes, but sometimes it fluctuates very quickly all over the place, and mostly it is just dead at 0rpm. This has happened since I got new tires put on my car. Could the rev sensor have been knocked when the car was put on the hoist? Where is the sensor located?
Thanks a heap,
You must be right, the sensor connection could have been moved. Have the mechanic do the checking.
