I have a 1994 CHEVY S10 BLAZER. iT HAS FUEL PRESSURE, SPARK BUT WILL not stay running. Once it dies I have to let it sit from 2 hours to 2 weeks before it will start again

My brother had a similar problem with his, it would start just fine but what had occurred
was a clogged catalytic converter. You could disconnect the converter to test this.

97 Blazer loses power like its running out of gas (although tank is full) after driving for 5 miles or so. After turning it off and restarting its fine for a little while or it still does the same thing....

i would bet on it being a fuel issue. i would check and see if it has a fuel filter, if so replace it. after changing the filter if (if equiped) and the problem isnt resolved possibly the fuel pump starting to die.

There is a module in the ignition cap that is known to go bad. If it is this part, your truck will almost turn over, but not quite. I would check there first. Once you get it out, one of you local parts stores can test it.

you can get faulty mass air flow meters.Make sure you perchaced the original from your dealers. There are a lote of copy types and they are not calabrated to your vehicle. Most copys are not calabrated.

2000 s10 Blazer dies very 3-6 weeks for no reason

i would check your ignition system. you would need a meter for this but look for broke or loose connections. if it was a fuel problem i dont think it would just start up after 20 minutes. or you might try your ignition switch. if its shorting or something then ya well it would cut your engine off real quick

2000 Chevy Blazer Cranks but wont start...

What about the fuel filter????? Have you changed it out??? If you can spary something like a started fluid, that means it is a fuel problem. My last check, it has to be above 50-psi on the fuel pressure to make it run right. I had 35psi, but whould not get over 30mph or down hill maybe 45mph. Check both filter & pressure, but check pressure with a New fule filter!!!!
