First I would replace the voltage regulator. Also check the battery for dead cells. Check your battery connections and make sure they are clean and tight. Make sure battery acid has not damaged your battery cables.

My ford f150 has a new battery and starts fine all day untill it sits all night then its dead

Someone will need to pull the fuses and disconnect the major electrical components until you find the power drain. You use a meter or test light to watch the battery voltage. It could be anything from a stuck relay, to a short in the wiring.

You either have a short that is leaving an open circuit and draining the battery or a short on the Positive wire from the battery.

1999 ford f-150. replaced alt. charged battery started truck 11.5 volts and dropping. within minuets the bat was dead. had new alt checked it was fine. coult the fusable link be bad

I doubt it is the link. The only way to kill a battery that fast is a huge short. Your wires should be smoking. Is the alternator wire shorted? I have some short troubleshooting tips, but I'm not sure they would work on such a big short--it really should be almost obvious. The tips are here: http://www.fixya.com/cars/r5925550-dead_battery_troubleshooting . These are generic instructions. Let me know if you have more questions.

How do you disable an ignition kill switch 2001 ford f150

I was told the Kill switch is the cause of my Ford F150 not starting. It sounds like it wants to turnover but there's no fuel going to my motor, fuel line is dry and they can't hear the fuel pump turning on.

Ford f150, 2004 ford 4x4, 4.6l - kills battery, turns over but wo

It may be the old ford problem of a shorted starter, an internal starter problem will drain your battery over night. Or check for lights on inside the car, also glove compartment lights or under the hood lights.
