Hi. Hyundai Getz We have skimmed head & block, pressure tested head & obviously replaced head gasket and bolts, torqued to the right settings and still leaking oil. Any advice? Charmaine South Africa

Looking at the above there are only two possibilities it was not installed correctly or there is a hairline crack in the head or block. Second thought, make very sure the oil is not coming from another source only showing between the head and block. Oil leaks can be very deceiving wrt where the actual leak is.

I have replaced a cylinder head of my Toyota corolla 160i 2002 sedan model and put new gasket but it's still mixing water with oil, I need help plz

The above are valid answers but knowing what is for sure eases the mind. Questions need answers. How quickly do you lose coolant? Offers an idea how big of a leak you have. Is the exhaust white with humidity? Points to cylinder leaks with possiblity of head leaks. Does a simple radiator pressure test reveal a dramatic loss of pressure with cold coolant? With oil pan off and pressure on the coolant, you may be able to spot the source from beneath or elsewhere. A clean engine may help spot the leaks forming. Through elimination & logic thinking I'm sure you can figure which direction to go. Good luck.

Could be a head gasket that is leaking at an oil passage. Do you have antifreeze in the oil also?

Engine oil moisture

Known issues or not,It sounds like the head gasket is blown,or it has a cracked head.If it was water it would be thick and light grey in color on the dip stick,But yellow indicates antifreeze leak that has not had time to mix with the oil.

Honda d16a6 cyl head on d16y3 block possible

Do the block chemical leak test and coolant pressure test to rule out blowning head gasket.
Check all freeze plugs to rule out coolant leak on the hot engine block.
Check for any hose leak.

Start monitor for coolant and oil lose.
