I have a 2003 ford explorer, when the heat is on full power it clunks, my mechanic said its the fan in the unit. How much will it cost to replace?

Ask your mechanic, he knows what the clunk is, we dont. Fans dont "clunk" they whine, roar, rythmic clicking, or make vibrations, or dont work. Doors will clunk...usually.

My 1991 dodge dakota doesnt have working heat

I would say that you need a new thermostat, It is really cheap to fix that and it is also easy, I would start with that.

Oxy sensor light on, and also heat is not working. I dont know

Oxygen sensors are located on the exhaust pipe in front and behind the catalytic convertor. There are more than one. If your check engine light is on, the code will tell you which sensor is faulty - I need that code to tell you the exact location.
Also really need to know the engine type to be more specific.
If your heat is not working there is probably a fault in the door mechanism that lets air pass over the heat exchanger under the dash. the switch is most likely at fault.

No heat.....although the thermostat is working and the temp gauge is working i need to know where to find the heating core unit to make sure i dont have 2 parts in one. i know that the heating core is...

Look for 2 hoses approx. 1"-1 1/2" in diameter going in to firewall behind the engine slightly to right of center. When your engine is warmed up & heater is on, feel them carefully, and see if both are hot , or only one is. You say for sure it needs to be replaced, why, is it leaking?
