My professional advice is that you need to:
1. check the engine Oil
2. Tow,... not drive the car to the shop.
You may have lost engine oil pressure, this will lead to engine failure. If your car has been making this sound for a while you may have already damaged the engine. This is the best i can tell with the information provided.
