Intake Valve Control Solenoid, but through my experience I have found that sometimes its from a weak battery or alternator not putting out enough voltage to operate the "intake valve control solenoid". I have also found that by changing the gas leak sensor, fixed the problem once. It really is a pretty generic code. It won't hurt to take it off and inspect it. It is located behind the Oil cap on the valve cover, looks like a roll of quaters sticking up out of the valve cover. It has one torx screw holding it in, you may have to pull pretty hard and maybe twist a little to get it out. clean it if necessary, then check the electrical connectors and make sure there is a small resistance across the two pins. That might fix your problem. Our shop charges $341 to diagnose and correct the problem. 85% sure its the gas leak sensor.

My 02 galant runs rough when put in gear but in idle runs okay it also surges up and down replaced the plug wires

Okay, lets start with the oil you found on spark plugs when you were replacing them. this oil is coming from the valve cover tube hole area, notice the plugs go into the holes in the valve cover, there is a gasket the goes around the top of the tubes and when it leaks it goes into spark plug hole, the valve cover needs replacing .
this will cause rough idle and running problems, after replacing valve cover gasket the holes must be cleaned, using crab cleaner, spray into holes and use air to blow out . this may need to be done a few times to get oil out .
after oil is removed . then remove spark plugs and wipe them clean.
The next step is to find the air (vacuum leak) , you said you hear it around intake tube. check for cracks or broken vacuum line. this leak will cause idle problems and driving problems,

98 oldsmobile achieva front head push rod order

You are thinking too hard.

It is VERY simple. The Intake valve push rods (marked with ORANGE paint) are shorter than the exhaust valve push rods (marked with BLUE paint) If you cannot see the paint, you can always stand them up next to each is pretty obvious which ones are which.

BOTH heads are EXACTLY the same - they are interchangeable. It is just that one is turned one way and the other is turned the other way so the exhaust and intake ports will be on the correct sides. (intake port towards the center of engine, exhaust port to the outboard sides of the engine.) You do not need to go searching the internet for some "order". All you have to do is LOOK AT THE HEAD to tell which valve is intake and which valve is exhaust.

So then it is as simple as: Put the short push rods on the intake and the long push rods on the exhaust....

Blue smoke on startup when removing intake manifold it was full of oil 2005 XL7 2.7 engineI was going to replace valve seals but found alot of oil in intake

You have worn out piston rings. Excessive blow-by gases goes to the valve train compartment where the PCV valve sucks it into the intake manifold.

2004 audi a4 problem

replacing your air filter I guess is your question. best way I have found is quite simple. 1.8l disconnect the N80 valve on way valve solenoid normally in a rubber housing connected to your intake air duct. remove small clamp and connector. remove intake air duct two phillips head screws on core support. remove two top screws from top of air box. you may have to loosen up the wiring that is held in place by clips to make it easier. spread box open pull out air filter... CURSE ALOT. then do the exact opposite for reassembly.

Pcv valve

I am assuming that you have a V-6 engine.

The pcv valve is located behind the intake about in the middle of the rear valve cover. Remove the hose that goes from the intake to the rear valve cover. The valve pulls out of the valve cover. Sometimes it is difficult to remove.
