Question about 2006 Chevrolet HHR
Hi, this problem happens when the bower motor resistor goes bad. the
reason it works on hi is because it is supplying full voltage and the
other speeds are reduced voltages from the resistor. so replacing the
blower resistor witch is very inexpensive will fix your issue!
