Question about 1998 Buick Century
Just fixed this problem.its the weather stripping under the cowl where the wind sheild wipers aare remove the black plastic cover on the passenger side theres a peice of rubber on the metal body that seals it to the plastic .mine fell off just glued it back on fine since.may have to replace the rubber seal and the cabin air filter is under there and might have gotten wet.i have heard about this problem alot

Check to make sure the window is on track and check to make sure the seal is not dry rotted
