SOURCE: 07 vw passat epb and brake light on

Adjust your brake light switch. On brake pedal bracket there should be a switch with a plunger on it. Push your brake pedal and hold, then pull out the plunger on switch, then release brake pedal. That adjusts the switch. Or the switch may just be faulty.

SOURCE: Keyless entry isn't working and alarm was tripped

Check your door latches. Since the light stays on, one of them isn't reading properly. Once you get that fixed, the remote should work. The light problem could be related. The computer thinks the door isn't shut so that part of the system thinks you aren't moving.

Mazda mx5 2005...alarm coming on when i open starts but hazard lights flash for 5 minutes..drives fine then starts again if i open

The car is in theft mode and if you cant reset it with the remote key, you will need a shop to reset it for you. to try the reset with the remote, just use the lock button by pressing it twice, wait 3 minutes and use the unlock button by pressing twice, this should reset the alarm

Audi A6 (2004 estate) - installed a recharged battery and the signal/indicators stay lit, even when the car is driving, off and or locked. Is it an alarm reset issue?

Not familiar with your car, but, modern cars with computers don't take kindly to removing the battery. You should ALWAYS put a temporary battery across the posts to maintain the computer settings.
I suspect you'll have to go back to an agent to rectify this.

Why does my hazard lights come on and stay on while driving

If they magically start when the car is started, this is probably an aftermarket alarm being activated. It will cause the marker lights to flash for a period of time.

Security system reset

You can usually reset the alarm by unlocking the car using the key in the drivers door.if that doesn't work the alarm module is usually in the drivers kick panel area and unpluging it will usually disarm.all this if its a factory system. If aftermarket just look for the alarm brain and unplug it till you can get it to a stereo shop.

I just replaced the battery in my 93 isuzu rodeo and when I went to start it it wouldn't turn over and the hazards started blinking automatically. It won't shift out of park and the hazards turn on even...

It probably has an alarm system that needs reset.
Try looking under dash may be a reset button for after market
alarm system. Also try locking and unlocking doors with door key.
hope this helps.
