Question about 1991 Nissan 300ZX

Issue's with rough idling......

I have a 1991 300zx 5spd non-turbo. The issue that I'm having is similiar. I have changed out the #1 coil pack and changed out all spark plugs. It ran better for about a month, then went back to idling rough. I switched around the coil pack and still same results. I'm thinking that the its an injector issue seeing how changing the coils didn't make a differnce??? If anyone can help me here, I sure could use it. It only has 77,000 miles and its beautiful car, but I can't keep putting money into it. Its going to make me go broke!! Thanks

Get a pair of pointy nose pliers start the car let the engine revs settle, when they have pinch off the return line from the fuel rail and see if the revs come up if so you have a injector problem and get the m cleaned (don't pinch off the hose to long as it will make a fuel leak only do it for a couple of seconds)

My 2010 Sebring has a rough idle and run before and after changing spark plugs. What else could it be?

Could be too many things for a rough running engine. This could be the o2 sensor, air or fuel filter, injectors or even the coil packs. If there is a CEL blinking on the db, you should diagnose the codes to locate an exact issue.

Car is idling rough all coil packs have been changed along with spark plugs

Dont get another harness. If you are using Autozone supplied coil packs, the problem is most likely the coils from Autozone. I have went through this exact same thing before. I changed the coild because one had a burn mark on the boot between the plug and the coil pack. I noticed it when changing spark plugs. The new coil from Autozone made the vehicle struggle on take offs and idle rough and the vehicle had no power. I installed another coil from Autozone again which was supposedly a better model and costed more. The vehicle ran a little smoother but the rough idle and small misfire was still there. I installed another coil from the dealership and the problem was fixed immediately.
I also replaced one of the coil connectors for a different cylinder but only because i broke it when disconnecting the coil packs to remove the spark plugs.
And when I installed all my coils and the new one from Autozone, I used dielectric grease on all the connectors. But the rough idle and power loss was immediate following installing the new coil from Autozone.
Beware if you are using coils from another part store because many part stores get their parts from the same source.

Idling rough and low on power. Also getting oil in the spark plug wells. Possibly a valve cover leaking? Changed one coil pack and new plug wires, but when I took it apart this time after it run good for a...

Probably valve cover gasket. This oil does not affect operation other than to smoke a bit. Idle and power issues are unrelated to oil. Unless it is missing, power and idle may be fuel mixture issue. Is the engine light on? If yes, get a scan at autozone or advance and report the codes to us. If no engine light, clean throttle plate and airflow sensor with carb or electric parts cleaner. Clean any other parts that have gas flow, such as PCV and EGR valves. Let me know if you have more questions.

2001 ford 4.6 liter idles rough sometimes dies

may need 1 0r more coil packs replaced,or it could be what happened to my 2000 4.6---1 lifter expanded out and wouldnt collapse, causing the rocker arm to fall out of place and the valve could never open...try unplugging 1 coil pack at a time while running and listen for a change in the way it runs,if there isnt a change then its probably a bad coil pack, find a cylinder that runs and swap the coil packs,if no difference then its probably the valve staying shut.
