    Sorry sir, I misread your question and I don't think you will find the specific fuse diagram, but I will stand by what I said about it being a good resource. Check fuses 1 and 13. Look at the rear for wires where the insulation has been worn through.

My spouse had bought a 2002 Ford F-350 diesel 7.3. XLT Super Duty. We need help with a under the steering wheel fuse box! So my question is can he put a 2003 fuse panel in it?
Question corrected for clarity.

The Passenger Compartment (steering wheel) box does 2002 to 2007 according to these. HOWEVER, although the same layout, so do different things depending on the year like this one.

Fuse8 15amp 2003-2004, Diesel: Back-up lamps 20amp 2005-2007: Back-up lamps
