There are more relays under the dash right side, I/P relay center ! My service info shows relays at the back center of engine compartment , these are cooling fan relays -two , A/C compressor relay , maxi fuse relay center an blower motor relay .

Non start starter does not engage starter motor checked ok. exciter wire at starter not live when key turned. Could the fan relay have a say in this problem?

No. Your problem most likely is the starter relay.
Let's try this again r you getting power to the relay if not could be ignition switch if power is present at relay but not at starter break in wire

Where is the fuse for the cooling fan on a 94 cavalierz24

There is a fusible link which supplies power through the cooling fan relay . the fusible link you want, plus four others are located on the battery cable terminal on the starter solenoid ! the one you want is blue . There are two gray an two more colored rust . Do you know where the cooling fan relay is ? In the under hood fuse / relay box. On the side of the relay should be a diagram , or on the bottom it should be marked 30,87, 85,86 .If you find pin 30 at the relay socket an test with volt meter it should read battery voltage. If not take the fusible links off the starter an with ohm meter test fusible link end to pin 30 at relay socket .If open or shows OL you have a open circuit ! First I would try jumping battery power to the fan it self . These fans do ware out ! Radiator Cooling Fan Motor How to Test and Replace

Cooling fan does not shut off. removed wire from battery

It sounds like the cooling fan relay is stuck closed. It'll be found under the hood in an electrical fuse panel. Find it and swap with a similar one next to it (use the Air conditioning clutch relay or the abs relay, not the main or starter relay) restart the vehicle and recheck. If fan works normal reinstall swapped relays and get new fan relay.

Electric radiator fan does not come on.

signal from temperature sender goes to the computer which then tells the relay to close. relay should have power at one leg which when contacts close, comes out the other leg and goes to the fan.

Not starting

It was the security Passlock system on my car as well. I did't notice that the security light had come on the first time. Look up Passlock in the owners manual.
  1. You can reset it yourself for free by turning the key to accessory position
  2. Leave for ten minutes on accessory mode.
  3. Turn car off completely
  4. Try to restart.
This fixed my problem on my own after I paid to have it fixed and it happened again the next day.
