Question about 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Its you Crank Shaft Position Sensor.
My jeep would run the goin about 40-50 mph all of the sudden just shuts off. then wait few minute 3-10 minutes it will start again.
The crankshaft position sensor is near the passenger side on top of the bell housing of the tranmission! Its a bit of a trick to get to, took me about 2 hours alone, probably can do it faster with a good mechanic, the part cost about 45-80$ depends on where you go.
Change that And it'll run FINE!
