Theres a chance both of the low beam bulbs went out pretty close to the same time. if you have a test light check to see if you have power at the bulb connector with the lights turnd on

Well, the problem is that I dont know the reason, you should investigate. There could be issues with lamps (must get new) or electricity problems (must head to auto-service)

Other possibilities are; the bulbs themselves, burnt or corroded bulb sockets, or a bad headlight selector switch.

Low beams on 2008 Envoy, they just went out and its no working just the high beams

Try swapping relays #45 & 46 in the underhood fusebox. Relay #46 is for the low beams.

Headlights went out. Replaced bulbs and switch and still lights don't work. Fog lights and high beams work? What else can work?

If high beams work and low beams do not, then it is probably the high/low relay. It is part number 15016745 and has four prongs. To test if your relay has gone bad locate the relay in your fuse box. There will be two of these relays located next to each other. One controls the low beam headlights and the other the cooling fan. Swap the relays and check your low beam headlights. If the low beams work you have a bad relay.

Low beams don't work; High beams fine. Not the

the high beam switch is at fault
A new one is needed
The directional lever you pull up on to switch to high and low connects to a rod which is going to the high beam switch at the mid section of the steering coluum. It is a headache to change for your on your head replacing this part

2004 Envoy, low beam headlights turn off on their own.

the daytime running light module is no good.,or the relay is overheating and cutting out and comes back on when cool.get some freeze spray from an electronic supplier and spray the suspect component when it stops working.the -60f will make it appear fast..cheers

It sounds like you have a faulty high beam/low beam selector switch, if your headlamps aren't blown both on the low side. In order to change it, you also need to pull your steering wheel off, and it is also a part of your derictional switch assembly. Be aware if you have an air bag in the wheel, and if you do find out what you need to do first before disconnecting it, as some vehicles equiped with air bags can go off when you unplug or plug them.
