This is a front wheel drive car. The only way to fix this is to bring it into the shop or replace the fan. For a temporary fix if you turn the AC on it should automatically kick the fan on. Hope this helps

Number 6 fuse keeps blowing

Check the cabling behind the fuse. With the fuse still out, use an ohm meter (on the multimeter) and see there must be a shortage. Follow the cable with hands and eyes. And also measure the resistance when you have remover the accessories now connected. Don't put in any new fuse till you found the shortage.

Sounds like you have corrosion at the fuse connection, try taking a small wire item like an unfloded small paper clip to clean that connector in the fuse box and replace that fuse, be cafeful to disconnect the negitive [ - ] battery post before you try this.

Shortage somewhere interfering w/ cooling fans for engine

First unplug both the cooling fans then take a jumper wire one from the positive side of the battery and one from the neg. side and test each fan to make sure they are working properly, it is possible that one of them is froze up. That would keep blowing the fuses. If both of them are okay then check the sensor on the radiator, if that is ok then u have a short in the wiring

My fan will not run when engine is hot I have

Have you checked the fan itself?
You can just disconnect the wires connected to the temperature sensor, then the fan should turn on if it still working, since it is designed that way.

Car running hot

If the fan is working properly then you might want to check the INTAKE MANIFOLD for leaks or make sure the HEAD GASKET isn't blown. If the fan is NOT working properly, replace the fan and the pigtail that connects to it

CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, AUTO ZONE SAYS COOLING FAN SHORTAGE

If the fuse is blowing there is too much resistance in the cooling fan moter. Replace JUST the cooling fan motor and the fuse. The A/C always turns the cooling fan ON when turned on. That is why the A/C messes up when the fan motor is bad. Replace the fan motor and the A/C problem will be fixed too. :)
