No, the fan is on the right side-under the glove box-above the passenger's feet. There is a blower resistor(in that same area) that can go bad-but that usually affects the lower blower motor speeds.

screws on the top of the dash in the Saturn. Then pry the dashboard up and away. This may seem like a pain to get to, but it's a must if you want to fix the heater blower motor resistor.

Heater relay location

Likely the fan blower electrical plug has poor contact or the blower motor or resistor needs replaced (which is what the plug pushes onto).
Under right side (passenger side) of dash, the blower motor casing is in the corner, look for a plug with several wires and just try wiggling it a little or pull off then put back on and see if fan now works on other speeds. If still will not then most likely the resistor needs replaced which can be done by removing the two screws
seen on housing and just pull out. If resistor is bad then the fan will only work on high.

94 chevy s10 blazer heat and air just quit working

Hi
Sounds like the fan stopped. First check the fuses. They are under the dash on the driverside up - WAY up under on the left side on the inside of the firewall.
If the fuse is good you can check the fan direct. The fan is located in the housing. The housing is on the passenger side of the truck facing the truck. On the firewall you will see the casing. Remove the retaining bolts and remove the fan. Put the test wires on the fan while securing the fan and see if it turns. If not - replace with a new one. If the fan turns with the test wires directly on it - you either have a good fan or a partially bad fan. At this point I would put the old fan back in [ if it turns with test wires ] - then be sure to check the fuse again. Check all the fuses while you're under there. Try this. If it still doesn't work. You will need to pull the dash and most likely repair or replace the main controller. This is a job for a professional. If you want to tackle it - take down your VIN # - go to the Chevy dealer and ask them to give you the repair instructions. Usually they will.

Best of it

The blower motor is located under the dash on the passengers side. Remove any panel under the dash to access it.

Were is the a.c. blower motor located?

The blower motor is placed within the blower fan unit . You will need to remove the dash board front and also remove the blower motor assmebly with the filter and vent settings to remove the blower for servicing and cleaning.
Removal of the dash and the motor unit can be easily done if you follow the pattern to remove the screws that fixes the motor body to the rotary fan unit.

HEATER FAN QUIT WORKING, COULD IT BE A FUSE?

the fuse box is located under the dash to the left of the steering wheel. there are two seperate boxs, a large one and a smaller one above that. check all the fuses if you dont know the number, they should be listed on the cover. if it is not the fuse, then it could be the connection for the fan, i problem i have had, which is located under the dash and under the glove compartment. you should see the fan there and the connection to the fan. check for melting or arcing around the connection. worst case scenerio would be that the fan is shot. if that is not the case take it in to a specialist to have it looked at.
