Look at the top radiator hose and follow it to the engine, the thermostat is in the housing there, you may have to remove the mass air flow assembly to get to it. or so it makes it easyer to work on.

I want to replace the theromstat on a 1994 ED Falcon futura and don't know where to find it. Connected to radiator or engine?

Follow the top radiator hose to where it connects to the engine there will be a housing there with the thermostat inside. When replacing the thermostat be sure to note the temperature range and direction of the thermostat so you can replace it with the proper temp. range and direction of coolant flow.
