My 2003 mitsubishi outlander hazard lights start randomly flashing and they seemingly will turn off and on when it feels like it.. even while I'm driving..

This will have to be a fault in the switch or a short in one of the wires leading to the switch.I would get this checked by auto electrician as a short could cause a fire.or at least melt all your wiring loom which would cost a bunch of money as opposed to a quick diagnostic.

Flat battery every morning even though I make sure all accessories are off, heater fan not turning off all the time when ignition off

With hot battery, turn all off, wait 10 minutes and then feel of all relays to see if one is warm or hot. Stuck relay can cause this.

2003 Mitsubishi Outlander Grating Noise, Front Struts?

It very well could be the strut.
smaller chance could be the CV axle.
Also have the splash guards/heat shields checked to make sure they are all tight in place.

2003 mitsubishi outlander died at stop light. wont start. turns over and has a full tank of gas. is getting fuel to engine.

very poss it could be crank sensor ,broken wire ? timing belt? advise installing scan tool that reads live data check eng rpm on scan tool see if shows eng rpm while cranking , poss remove upper timing belt cover make sure is turning and not damaged, poss computer related problem or power to eng systems would have to check for power at fuel injs and check for ground pulse with logic probe or led test light if crank sensor ok also check for spark at plugs with special plug tester and check codes first

you hav a drain somewhere in the wiring or a device is left on--was the new batt charged properly--recharge batt start car then disconnect until u find the reason for drainage

2003 mitsubishi outlander fan keeps coming on the lights dim also when driving fan keeps coming on the lights dim also when driving. radiator is full and it starts within minutes of starting the car.

My blower fan will run with the key out, but will turn of with the fan switch. I changed the A/C relay under the dash and it seem to fix the problem.

2003 Mitsubishi Outlander died and won't start back up

If it does turn over but won't start, check for fuel and spark, if not spark then check to see if the crank sensor is cover with dirt.....
