Question about 2005 Scion xB
Simply can't get headlight bulb out of 2004 scion xb... the black connector comes of bottom of bulb, but bulb stays in headlight. there's this black 'rubber-like' thing enclosed around the actual bulb. i've replaced bulbs in other cars, but this is confusing me.
I don't think it makes a difference, but this car is a 2004 Scion xB RS (the hot lava limited release unit)
any help wold be greatly appreciated... because I feel like an idiot!
There is a black locking ring holding the bulb in. After disconnecting the electrical connector turn the lock ring approx. 45-90 degrees counter clockwise, remove the lock ring then pull out the bulb.
