That is a good place to start checking, they realy should not be on the same fuse. check fuses and also check for missing fuses that may have been removed, check brake light switch located over the brake pedal check for power, you can also jump that connecter and see if the lights come on. Get you a wiring diagram at the library they normally have alldata online and see where both circuit meet.

Maybe, could be a broken wire that supplies power to the bulbs more likely, if you find all fuses OK.

I have a 69 gto tail brake ligths are out, i've ck power under dash it seems to be ok, ck power at tail lights and nothing . the rest of the lights work. ground is good, swich on brake is good, fuse ok....

I would trace that wire that feeds the brake lights, it appears that the wire may be broken or disconnected at some point.Find the colored wire and trace it all the way to the rear. You should be able to find the cause. Use a 12V test light to ground

Both head ligth and tail ligth is out on the left side of the car I think it is a fuse but which one.

The Fuse box is located on one side of the hood. The ECU fuses are generally behind the glove compartment.I hope there isn't any wiring issue with the car that has shorted the fuse.Locate the fuse box under the hood, open its case cover. On the cover either on the outside or inside you would see a diagram with fuse ratings.TAIL stands for rear lights, HEAD is headlight.replace the fuse if u find them bad but make sure you put ones of the same ratings.if again they go off then check for any wiring fault, and if they go bad again make sure you have noted what you did exactly that put them off, whether it was on pressing the brake pedal, or turning on the parking/head lights switch.

Rear break ligths not working, fuse is fine

check if bulb is busted if not check pedal brake switch, sometimes socket connectors were detached or loose or use light tester to check manually from the fuse connection down to the wiring circuit until you reach the tail of your car. let somebody do the brake pedal pushing when checking using the light tester. i don't see any reason if your problem is not solve using these technique

My reae left tail ligth won'r turn on? the rigth

Check the fuse in the fusebox inside for a blown fuse, the brake lights are working so check the plug going onto the back of the lamp for tightness, could be a loose connection.
