Too bad you already swapped engines or you could have compared readings....what don't you have inside engine...spark or fuel?

I'm assuming you checked voltage through the auto shutdown relay?
If you attempt to read codes, does it read? (even if it shows nothing except that it's working) Is there a factory security system? (if so make sure there isn't a broken wire in the door harness) Also, check block, dash and computer grounds as well as power from the ignition switch. Were there any problems with anything at all before it stopped starting?.

You could pay a garage to diagnose the problem cheaper than throwing more parts at it.
The problems may be connected or they may be different issues.
Yes I would change the oil and filter, but first I would make sure the fuel system is not dumping too much fuel into the cylinders.
The O2 sensor helps the computer decide on how much fuel the engine needs, along with the other sensors. And you said you have already replaced the O2 sensor.
A mechanic would take a scanner and "read" the sensors and look for something out of normal range.
The fuel pump and fuel filter are off the list as far as causing a rich mixture goes.
I would start with the rich mixture and then see if fixing that issue takes care of the no start when hot issue.
Change the oil and filter first, and see if the injector is on too much.
You can watch the spray and tell - at idle it should be very light.
Also look at the engine temp - is it warming up to normal 195 degrees? Can you tell if the fuel pressure regulator is blown and pouring fuel into the throttle body ?
Without a scanner its going to be more difficult, but not impossible to diagnose.
Let me know what you find out.

1994 jeep wrangler 4.0 starts and runs fine i park it (at work, home etc..)go to start no good engine turns over, changed ignition parts coil, cap wires it started in driveway a few times drove around...

You need to find out what is missing at the time that it is not starting. You are either not getting ignition (spark) or not getting fuel.

A real common problem for Jeep 4.0L engines is bad crankshaft position sensors and bad connections at the crankshaft position sensor connectors. When these mess up, you will have a "No Spark" condition. I would check the connector and make sure it is clean and tight before running out and spending money on buying a new crank sensor - especially if this Jeep has been operated in mud and/or water.

The only other suggestion I have is to check the fuel pressure when it is not starting. You could have a fuel pump or a fuel pump relay that works only when it wants to.

1994 jeep wrangler no spark,

Likely it's not the pump. but I would check the filter. Spark is controlled on some by a spark control unit, also by a coil inside the distributor that serves as a cam position sensor.
I suggest you get a basic manual like chiltons or haynes and a decent volt/ohm meter and following procedures they outline, test each component. You will spend some money on them but will find them useful many times in the future and far cheaper than guessing and buying parts you don't need. have you checked the pump relay?

95 Jeep Wrangler wont start

Listen, You need a new computer. Those are your relays clicking. There is no signal from the relays going to your computer to tell the Jeep to turn on. Cause your computer is broke. Check online for the best price. I bought mine from autozone.
