How Miles Should the oil be Changed? I been Hearing 3000 to 7 500 miles. Thanks for your Help

various manufacturers give various recommendations, anything upto 12 - 15,000 miles but a change every 5-6,000 miles will greatly contribute to engine longevity and smooth running. Less than this interval is unnecessary, there should not be sufficient deterioration of oil to warrant changing it. This is in reference to an average engine in everyday conditions.
I have a 2.2 Honda with 185000 miles on the odometer and it has had regular oil and filter changes around 6000 miles and it pulls very well still.
High performance engines , such as found in super cars or hyper cars might need oil changes far sooner becayse of the pounding it takes but unless you drive a Maserati, Lamborghini, Ferrari etc, you should be fine with the 6000 mile intervalc

93 accord engine bogs like its running out of gas until the check engine light comes on then it runs great

Sounds like a common o2 sensor problem. When the check engine light comes on, it has gone into default mode and bypasses that bad sensor.

1990 Buick Century 3.3L Check Engine Light comes on, stalls.

Need to check for fault codes. Possibly a faulty sensor causing the fuel system to run rich or lean.

Engine Missing

If you haven't checked your alternator yet, it would be good to do so. If the voltage regulator has failed, you may be running at up to 17 volts for a system voltage and this would fry more than only the ignition system over time. If you don't have a cheap Chinese multimeter and are in the US, you can buy one of these for under $20 any day of the week and Harbor Freight has them on special for $2.49:
Centech digital meter
I keep one in each car and they are adequate for everyday use and come with almost intelligible Chinglish instructions.
Measuring across the battery terminals you should never have more than 14.5 volts (typically from 13.0 to 14.3VDC) with the engine running. Engine off with a normal healthy system you will measure 12.6VDC

Engine stalls, check engine light, not fuel filter.

the white smoke as it stalls could be steam in the exhaust. This is caused by coolant leaking into cylinders from a leaking head gasket. You should check cylinder compression next with a compression tester.
