Question about 2000 Mercury Cougar
Look inside the engine compartment. There are wires around the engine bay, on the fenders/fenderwalls. If it is on the fender, it is a ground. On the engine also. Inside the car, under the carpet, by the kick panels also. Pull the carpet back quite a ways, and look for wires screwed to the metal.
