Question about 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan
I'd have the battery and its connection's checked too. It is possible there is a weak connection that is troubling you. Be certain the battery is good and the connections (including the ground) are clean and tight. With respect to the dash it may related to the same issue; My wife's Vaoyager had dash issues and it tirned out to be a failed solder joint at the main PIN connection to the instrument cluster. In my case I was able to remove the panel, locate the cracked solder joint and reheat solder to repair.
