Need heater hoses diagram for 1996 Ford Ranger 3.0

Hooking up the heater hoses wrong would not cause your problem. I would make sure the system is full of coolant and has no air pockets, and then check the blend door under the dash.

I busted my heater hoses fitting, the one behind the waterpump, and i cant get to it. I've taken the waterpump off. what else do I need to remove to get to it or where can I find a diagram

One heater hose runs to the top of the water pump the other one runs to the thermostat housing so I don't understand. If you took the water pump off you should have a tube like stem coming out of the top of the water pump, the heater hose connects to that.

Puting vac hoses back on and carberater on a 1984

The engine and emission control system covered by this information operate on a combination of vacuum and electrical signals; they are extremely prone to malfunctions due to improper vacuum connections. If a component does not receive vacuum at the correct time, it cannot function when needed. When working under the hood, pay close attention to the routing and placement of every hose.

Water on drivers side floor

HI. This will be the result of a ruptured heater core. This device is not repairable. You will need to have it removed, and replaced with another core.

NOTE_ Make sure the hoses aren't loosely connected. This may be the issue, and it is easily corrected by simply reconnecting the hoses to there respective ports, and securing the placement clips, or clamps. If the hoses are ok, replace the core.
