Why does my car not move from a stop until I rev it up and then it kicks in like being rear ended?

Failed Transmission

That happens frequently, when you do not change trans
fluid every 3 years, power steering will fail next,(No Fluid Flushing)

I would have it checked for electronic issues before anything else

Since you continue to use it & it neutrals out & bangs into gear, you
ruined any chance to escape a complete rebuild, from my experience as a former trans shop owner

My 2006 impala blows air, but it is not cold at all. What could be the problem?

I would recommend that you raise the hood, locate the air conditioner compressor, turn on the ac in the car, and see if the compressor kicks on. If it does not, then you will need to have the ac charged. If it does kick on, then you need to pay attention to how it cycles, meaning kicking on/off, if it is frequently, then you need to charge it as well.

When air conditioner is turned on, it makes a clicking sound (under the hood)like trying to turn on and off every few seconds.

if your a/c system is low on freon it will kick on and off frequently, have it checked for leaks cars don't just run out of freon.if that is fine make sure you are getting enough air in through the front of the car.if the condenser in front of the radiator is not being cooled by incoming air the high side of your a/c system will get to high and the compressor will kick off more frequently to let pressure off the system.

Radiator fan keeps coming on at idle and when operating vehicle when Heater is turned on .When open the hood you see A/c unit alternator trying to kick on spins and Fan go on at same time together .When...

The fan will kick on automatically everytime the ac compressor comes on to cool down the refrigerant going through the condensor. Make sure you dont have a/c selected or have it on defroster if you dont want the compressor to run.

The ac fan comes on but does not stay on cuts off and comes on for no reason

Other than an electrical problem, there are only a few ways this could occur. When the heater control is on the defrost setting your a/c can cycle off & on randomly. Also, some a/c systems are designed to kick-on for a few seconds upon starting to keep the seals lubricated especially during the off season months. If it bothers you that it kicks on, you can unplug the compressor electrical connection & the a/c fan control connector, but, you could suffer the loss of your system if the seals dry out from not being used frequently. good luck
