Question about 2000 Ford Windstar
Open hood.behind plastic headlight assembly,towards the corners,locate two square metal 'tabs' these are the 'handles' of the retaining brackets pry/pull straight out.remove bolt near grille opening.pull assembly forward to access lamp socket.turn socket counterclockwise,remove & replace bulb.do not touch glass of a halogen bulb,the oil from your fingers will cause a 'hot spot' & bulb may fail prematurely.clean 'touched' bulb w/ alcohol.
