When the clutch was installed did you use a clutch alignment tool. is the trans and clutch torqued properly. is the shifter support bracket in place and torqued is a write up that i followed when i replaced my clutch/flywheel/trans last year....hope this helps

My SV6 VE 6 speed auto commodore holds 3rd gear longer than other gears peak traffic - any advice greatly accepted. At the front of the queue - the gearbox changes through all gears perfect - thanks

I would try servicing the transmission, that means a new fluid filter and a fluid drain and refill, it may help. You may have a sticking pressure check valve.

I have a 2007 Cyclone 3795, I have had issues with the front jacks since day one. While unit was still under warranty the motor burned up and gears stripped. The dealer replaced front landing gear.

thats a big RV

motorized jacks burning out and gears stripping ?
i would look at upgrading
to larger kg capacity lift motor jacking system

front and back

does loaded "mean still hooked up to the tow vehicle
Jacks will not raise trailer when loaded"

Accerleration sluggish

Try cleaning the fuel injection system with seafoam and replacing the fuel filter. Look up seafoam on youtube. BTW really really really really bad idea running a vehicle on jack in gear.

There is a serious howl in the front end,i have tryed to go to 4hi and nothing happens,is this a front tramission problem or a bearing.

let's see, firing up my long distance vision..........its...its...darn blocked by a piece of lead. J/K. What you can do is jack up your truck on four jack stands, make sure NOTHING is touching the ground. start it up, put it in gear, and get out and look for the noise location. if noise near front wheels, its bearings, if near middle of front axle, its gears.., if near or under seats, its trans.

Abs light is on my 2002 saturn vue...scanner showed it has something to do with the right front braking system...any idea what it could be?

the sensors for the ABS are on each wheel, it is a geared wheel which sends pulses to the computer from a magnetic coil in close proximity to the gear.....sometimes debris from the road or old brake lining foul up the gear...that causes the magnet to not put out any pulses. your computer then sends a signal indicating a fault because of no signal condition.....solution.....check and clean debris from ABS gear. if this fails....check for bad or corroded or broken wires from magnet to computer....I mean continuity......also bad grounds cause many different problems in it's also a good idea to check for bad grounds....good luck

1996 Nissan Maxima no 2nd gear on auto transmission?

do not flush the trans, that will make it worse.
My friend you have no second gear, you need trans rebuilt.
If you flush it now you can cause more damage.

Mercedes a class gearbox gears

If you take it to mercedes they will charge £3500 and will replace the gearbox, Alternatively you can change the shifter valve £25, new sump and filter as they have changed, fit a magnet inside the gearbox as the early A didnt have one. Fresh oil and see how you get on, the control unit for the gearbox sits inside the gearbox £1000 roughly for a new one but it has to come from mercedes in germany where it is coded to your chassis number, 2nd control units are not an option!!!!!!!

Volvo v70 est auto 1999 2.4

thats an easy one mate. jack one side of the car up so one of the front driving wheels is off the ground. then run the engine in gear and your wheel which is lifted off the ground will turn. you can then check eachside individually. i thought your mechanic would know this, ask him why, or is it he just he wants to become rich with people like yourself who dont know these things? try finding either an honest mechanic or a one who knows more about cars !!!
