Put some spring clamps on spring then undo shockabsorber and then lower the arm with another jack .

Has anyone checked lug nuts.Also Focuses were known for breaking strut springs ,chjeck that also.Ford will repair it at little or no cost if its a broken sprin.Cant see it being a trailing arm in the rear,but its possible.Good luck

brian_au no 1 solution is wrong.. globe is under a spring clip cover . remove cover, then unplug, then release retaining spring behind the globe. replacement is just process reversal

I'am not sure what you are calling jam nuts but if you are talking about the spring loaded washers on the lug studs that are pressed against the drum, they are not needed.

Change rear signal bulb on 2002 ford focus wagon


Open the rear tailgate There are 2 screws that hold light housing in place.. Remove the screws then pull the housing outwards till the clip behind it springs. You then need to knock the housing sideways (outwards) to free the 2 prongs that attach housing to the car body.
Unclip the rear housing from the back of the light unit & change the bulb.
