I cant get the gas tank full

Try slowing down how fast you pump the fuel in, the curve of the tank filler pipe and the stopper valve at the end of the pipe(in the tank)will act as a restriction causing a backup when filling too fast. Or the stopper valve is sticking in the tank. To fix that ,you would have to replace the tank.

Slow filling gas tank

Sounds like someone put something in the fill tube. It is easy to pull off then run high air pressure through it

Gas wont go in tank.it takes it slow ?the gas pump shuts off like the tank is slow.

the fuel return hose is kinked or plugged up. every filler neck has a secondary vent tube attached to the tank for fast fill ups. If it is slow in filling have that vent tube inspected

My 2007 Mazda 3I is having issues when I am trying to fill it up with gas at the pump. I think it is the valve or the charcoal canister but I need to know how to tell for sure and an idea of the price and...

there must be a problem with the filler neck to the tank, usually there is a hose inside the filler neck that allows the displaced air pressure to escape when filling the tank. the car isn't that old so you should call the service department at your local dealership to check on a recall. if mazda has issued a recall then you can get it fixed for free, otherwise take it to mechanic shop you trust and get them to check it, it may be a simple problem and not too expensive to fix. good luck

When I fill-up my ford contour the gas pump keeps clicking off. can only put in a little gas at a time

Check the vent tube which is alongside the gas fill tube. It's either kinked, bent, pinched, or some how blocked, not allowing easy flow of gas into the tank. Once the tube is open, you will not have trouble. You don't give the year, it's possible it needs to be replaced (comes as a unit with the fill tube) if rusting badly.

Won't take gas

don't insert nozzle in fill hole so deep. It is not getting the air it needs to vent out while your fillinh the tank. Also start off slow on filling the tank, so that the air will start coming out while gas is going into your gas tank. like is said, the tank isnot venting fast enough, to let the gas come into the tank.
