2004 Ford explorer bogs down when attempting to accelerate.

Could be a couple diffrent thing's , TPS - throttle position sensor , mass air flow sensor . If you haven't replaced them already ,there are videos on youtube for testing them . Having it hooked up to a scan tool that can show engine sensor data would save some time .

I have a 1997 for mustang gt 4.6 my question is when i put my foot all the way down on the pedal to accelarate it does not responds it bogs alot, than it responds back again and bogs

All the way down and hold it? That could be a Ford installed governor. That would keep the engine from red lining, you know, wide open throttle. It is a speed limiter, I presume. Street racers know how to remove or disable them.

If it works okay with normal acceleration, you may be hearing the governor. If it bogs all the time, there is quite a long list of things to check, start with fuel pressure, look for someone with a scanner, that would make diagnosing so much easier.

My 94 talon 1.8 ltr non turbo bogs down when I try to accelerate why is this happening

Likely a fuel issue. Are you getting a check engine light? If so get codes checked. Could be an o2 sensor, MAF sensor, cat converter, clogged fuel or air filter, clogged injectors. If there is no check engine light, I would recommend cleaning throttle body, and getting a high end injector cleaning at the same time the fuel filter is replaced. Anything else should issue a code with your computer.

1997 Plymouth Voyager 3.3 dies at idle hesitates during acceleration

It should show up with a P code as it misfires. If it doesn't, check the engine temperature sensor and O2 sensor.

When my 1999 Chevy Suburban is cold, I start it up and when the accelerator is depressed, the engine bogs down, and it back fires and stalls. When driving, I have to let off the accelerator and depress it...

Possibly the throttle position sensor. Easiest way to test is connect a scanner and go to real time data mode. With the key on,press the accelerator slowly and watch the throttle position change on the scanner. If it doesn't register a change when you start opening the throttle, replace the sensor.

2000 GMC Sierra 3500 losing acceleration power

next time it happens try spraying water in mist form around the throttle body if it bogs, replace the throttle body gasket. if it doesn't bog you may have a bad wire wait until dark start the vehicle have someone feed the fuel very slowly and watch for arching from a wire it will be easy to see when it is dark, replace that wire.
