06 dodge stratus headlights not working

The headlights on my 06 stratus wont come on when I turn them on. The tail lights and everything else will come on, however, I can get them on bright when I pull the dimmer back and hold it.

brake and turn are the same filament in the bulb. Try a new bulb. if that doesn't work your going to chase a short/ground on that wire back to the switch. get a wiring diagram to help.

Headlights only work on bright

i had this happen with my dodge ram 1500. the guy i bought it from put 350 dollar moon lit lights in with leds and they looked impressive but the issue was that they didnt go bright and i could only see 40 feet in front of me and i was sure taping led flashlights would have done me more good that those stupid headlights. then i had the idea of if the brights work and the dims dont then that means no electricity is getting to the dims so i decided to bridge the power from the bright headlight to the dims and it made all four work. now they all work, and only on bright. so im figuring there is a issue with the wiring in the truck. so this is a temporary solution if you really need just plain old lights like i did because i live out in the country

No tailights on a 2000 dodge stratus all other lights work in back replaced all bulbs still have no tail lights

there is a fuse in the fuse panel for the tail lights.check this out first as the tail lights are on a separate circuit from the other lights in the back.fuse panel is under the dash on the drivers side.there is also one under the hood.if the fuse is good its possible that there is a problem with the headlight switch on the tail light circuit side of the switch.if this is okay then its possible that there is a wiring problem from the switch to the tail lights but this rarely happens.

My left brake light is out. But it only goes out when the headlights are turned on. Replacing the bulb didn't work. I looked at the Haynes manual and there wasn't any information regarding tail lights....

But the right side is all bright and works OK? I would check the ground wiring. The ground wire (black) is attached to the body, right near the truck lid striker.

The headlights/brights on my 02 Dodge Stratus have ceased working. The parking/turn signal lights work. Any thoughts on what could be causing this issue?

Just the high beams? If so, it's probably the bulb itself. If not, (no headlights at all) check for a blown fuse. These fuses are found under the hood at the power distribution center (check your owners manual).
