If that is the case check your belt tension and make sure it is not too tight. Next start the car and leave it run, when the squeal check and see if the alternatir or any other pulley is locking up. It sounds lock when the alternator warms up it locks up. That would mean the bearings in the alternator are bad. This can happen even on a new one. Check this and I feel tjat is where your problem is.
