1988 Pont. Bonn.3.8 replaced fuel pump relay and replaced blown fuse behind glove box still pump doesn't work. Gas gauge is pegged on full does this mean anything

Bad ground. It runs to the front of the car. You can cut it and ground it to the body. Make sure the battery to body ground is good also.

Its because there is a problem in your care fuel meter.Visit the nearest workshop and show it to an automobile specialist.Manual repairing is not possible unless you are a automobile specialist.

Gas gague not working in 93 gmc sierra

The fuel level gage sending unit is defective, very common problem. The sending unit comes with a new fuel pump and is referred to as a module, also make darn sure you replace the fuel pump connector at the fuel tank, solder and shrink tube the new connector on, DO NOT USE CRIMP CONNECTORS.

How to replace 2003 mitsubishi lancer fuel level sensor. My fuel gague is going half to zero when the tank is having fuel. It's not showing exact fuel left

You need to release pressure from fuel lines cutting power to fuel pump.Turn on engine and remove fuel pump fuse. See:How To Release Pressure
Then disconnect battery.
Take down the fuel tank working from under backseat and underneath the car.
The fuel sender is located inside protective Housing. Remove housing held by 4 screws.
Disconnect electrical connector.
Disconnect the two hoses connected to sensor. Be careful with fuel that may still spray at pressure.
Perform operations in reverse order to reinstall.

Here a website showing the job done on a Carisma.

My 1999 isuzu rodeo fuel gague stops working (it shows i have no fuel left, even if i know i have atleast half a tank)... based on my online research, i believe i need to change the fuel sending unit... ...

check for a broken netural wire or indeed a live ,but check for broken wires, the sender unit is inside the fuel tank and needs special care when its to be taken out and a special tool, not for the fainthearted or anyone that smokes,on the scale of 1 to 10 i would say it would come in at 8 for experance to do this job..adrian,,,,

Fuel Gague register's empty even when full.

The sending unit is probably bad,and sounds like it will need to be replaced.

Full tank-fuel gague registers empty-need fuel light is on

There is a sending unit in the fuel tank that registers how much fuel there is. It is probably broken, giving you a funny reading on your gauge.
