Question about 2003 BMW 7 Series
I have a 2003 745i BMW and the car jerks from a start position, it seem like the transmission is slipping.
The transmission is a sealed unit and the system does not have a dip stick for the typical user to check. Check the floor/pavement beneath where you normally park the car each day, if you see an oil stains then the gaskets are probably leaking and need to be replaced. Expect to pay $1,100 to $1,500 at the dealer.

Check the fluid level in the tranny. If that is good try servicing the tranny with a new filter if that dosen't work I would think that the torque converter may be acting up.
