Problem for Acura 2003 RSX

No Heat or AC in my 2003 Acura 3.2TL

I have been having problems with the heat and A/C in my 3.2 TL. I used to be able to wiggle a wire underneath the glove compartment and the air would start working again but this no longer works. Can anyone tell me what the problem is and an approximate cost on the parts i might need to have it done. Thanks for your help!
