Core could be clogged up. remove both heater hoses coming from firewall and spray garden hose through them both until water is clean and then re connect them.

There are one or more of 3 following things may contribute to the problem. Need to check out: 1- The flap valve directing air flow through either the heater core when we need the heat or the evaporator when we need the AC gets stuck. 2- The valve control the amount of hot coolant flowing through the heater core to control temperature get stuck not opened. 3- The heater core gets clogged up. It may get recovered by flushing.

My car has no heat

The first thing to check is the level of coolant-is it full? Because no heat is the first indication of low coolant. When car is cool, open radiator cap and fill with a 50-50 mix of antifreeze and water. Also fill the overflow tank halfway up with the coolant mix.
Also feel both heater hoses after the car has come to normal operating temperature. Both should be hot. If they are, the heater is working as intended. If only one is hot, the coolant is not circulating through the heater, and someone will have to get that working-possibly an air block in the heater core, possibly a plugged heater core.
Finally, the blower motor may have wore out. Without the blower, very little heat will come out. Test or replace the blower motor.

2004 focus 80,000 miles/6 weeks ago, using ac with blower on high, blower gradually shut off and car produced bad smell. Drove home with ac off, blower off, had car checked and nothing found. Now it's...

The 'whirring' sound from the blower motor could be a dry bearing or damaged armature (part of blower motor that the brushes ride on), or just wore brushes. The smell could be the motor winding wires burning due to blower motor bogging down and overheating. You can replace blower motor with new or salvaged one.

Car interior heater dont work at all. car is running rough

Your water pump may be out if your car is rough running and no heat. If you have a serpentine belt that could be worn, cracked, or damaged. Replace if necessary and you may resolve all your problems. Serpentine belts are vital in keeping your pump running, your alternator charging, your powersteering pump assisting your steering and vaccuum. If you are getting heat through the vents, but the blower is not working then I would trouble shoot the blower under the hood. You can unplug the blower and take two jumper wires and run one to the pos + terminal of your battery and the other one to the neg - terminal side. If the blower doesn't work then replace the blower. If it works the you either have a short in the wiring or a bad fan switch on your heater console. Just some things to consider. A bad blower wouldn't make your engine run rough though. If you're not getting heat and the engine is running rough then I would look into the water pump. Hopefully there hasn't been any damage. The easiest thing you can do is take it to a trusted shop and have them diagnose the problem and then go fix it yourself if you are handy. Otherwise there's not enough info to go on to troubleshoot it any further. I guess when you say there's no heat it would be helpful to know if the fan is working and if not is there any heat coming from the vents. That helps in the troubleshooting problems.

Car heat blower is not blowing heat/air into the car

it's either a fuse or it's a bad blower motor, it could be a bad blower motor resistor but usually you'll get either high or low only, so if you have nothing on any speed, high low etc, and all the fuses are ok chances are it's your blower motor.
