Question about 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier
My radio this morning would not work, a code of - LOC appears, how do I get it back to work
They cannot do this over the phone./and won't..they dont know you or if anything is stolen.
Stop at a chevy dealer or any GM dealer, they can retrieve a backup code out of the radio..by pushing some buttons.
Then they call in to the delco center using the backup code and obtain a new unlock code.
They can enter the code to unlock the radio.
If by chance a code has been entered incorrectly 3 or more times, then they will have to let the car sit with the key in the on postion for an hour before entering new codes.
