Question about 1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera
The right turn signal arrow in my 1989 Cutlass Ciera stays lit in the dash when my headlights are on and gets brighter when I signal, but does not blink at all. Also, my right turn signal shuts off automatically when I turn, but my left turn signal does not--I have to manually shut it off, which is really annoying.
Usually from either a bad bulb, corroded bulb or socket or bad ground on that side ( white wire most cases ) . signal not shutting off sounds like wear and tear or a piece of it broke in the steering column, can pull the steering wheel to look it over or replace it .

Check all the parking light bulbs and sockets - this is usually a sign that a bulb is out or you have a bad socket
