SOURCE: Running "rough"
I had the same issue with my venture. It turned out to be the number 5 plug wire, backside of engine ended up breaking out of the plug carrier and burning in half on the manifold. Your best bet is to trace all the wires to start off with and change the plugs. If that doesn't help, it may be internal. Good luck

SOURCE: car runs rough
check the compression of each cylinder, they should be no more than 5% difference between cylinders, so if the highest is 160 PSI then the lowest should not be lower than 150 PSI. also test the fuel injectors for proper flow, check for intake manifold vacuum leaks as well.

one of you air line pipes could have collapsed or split which will cause a problem with idling and performance and it will give no smoke signs
