On a 2003 Sierra the blower motor is under the passenger side of the
dash. There will be a plastic tirm pannel that will need to be removed
to gain access to the blower motor.

the blower motor is located under the dash on the passenger side, should be able to see it with no problem , think there is 8 screws u have to take out then the blower motor should slip right out
The blower motor resistor is located within a foot of the blower motor in the duct that the blower motor blows into. The resistor is actually cooled off by the blower motor blowing across it. It has a wire harness that connects it to motor & fan switch. It is held in place by 2-4 retaining screws. Disconnect wire harness, unscrew retaining screws then lift out. Reverse order to install.
Disconnect the blower motor lead connector from the wiring harness connector.
Remove the blower motor cooling tube from the blower motor.
Remove the four retaining screws.
Turn the motor and the wheel assembly slightly to the right so that the bottom edge of the mounting plate follows the contour of the wheel well splash panel.
Lift up on the blower and remove it from the blower housing.
Installation the new blower motor by reversing the removal steps.

replace the blower motor resistor located on the heater box were the blower motor is located the wiring to the blower may go to it. This is very easy to locate if you buy the part first.
Its located behind glove box on top of heater just to the left of blower motor. If you take off the glove box door ( glove box and door one unit) you will see it on top of heater box.
