Automatic I pressume ! You will have a job filling transmission fluid , as oil filler is on top of transmission , and needs to be filled while on a ramp , somtime special tool need to open filley
Timing out by a little bit? Not a rotary is it ,cam belt or chain dont know what mx3 has being a tooth off correct position caused by tensioner ?or a sensor crank or cam ,needs pluging in to a reader or if its early ecu may flash led with fault code.hard when cars on other side of world
This is because the oil hasn't circulated in the HLA (hydrolic lash adjusters) that is ontop of the valves/springs under the cam. Once they are full with oil, the clicking stops and they opperate properly! Try running a thicker oil, other than that it's not a big problem unless the ticking is very loud or doesn't stop after it's warm.
