To me it sound like an anti theft problem. if your checking it with a generic scan tool chances are your not reading the theft deterent module. check to see if your getting injector pulse with out that your car will not start. you can check this with a noid light

I ran my 07 Chevy uplander out of gas an it wouldnt start back. I changed the fuel pump an it ran maybe 30 sec an it just sputters an dies like its not getting fuel

You'll have to install a fuel pressure gauge to make sure it's getting the right fuel pressure and volume. If it is, then go on to check the crankshaft and camshaft sensor signals. Then tell the computer when to fire the injectors and spark plugs.

I have a 1999 gmc sonoma it cut off the other day

You have to check pressure at the fuel rail. Your fuel regulator could be bad or a filter clog.if its electrical check your codes. Remember you need fuel , air, spark to make it run.

Wont start gets gas spark

sounds like you have a fuel pump problem check the pressure with a gauge to specs.if its low then you will have to replace the pump.replace the fuel filter as well.check for powers and grounds at the fuel injectors and for codes in the computer,it could be a bad injector circuit in the computer.

Wont start

I understand you replaced the relay but not the pump, right ?
Has the fuel filter been replaced recently ? Are you sure there is gas in the tank ?
You should be able to jumper the pump relay and check fuel pressure.

Replaced ignition coil, ran @ 30 seconds , died, wont start ,had code P0351 (Ignition coil A malfunction) fuel pump runs up to pressure & shuts off

The computer is shutting of your fuel because no spark it is a safety feature if the fuel continues with no spark you exhaust converter could fill up with fuel the results not good.So that is why your ECM your cars computer is confederated that way.

have the mass air flow sensor checked. you might also need to check fuel pressure and filter like you mentioned.

Getting fuel wont start

If you can, have the computer scanned for active codes. Always check for fuel and spark. with fuel injection it isnt enough to know that the pump is running you need over 35 psi, line pressure. Let us know.

I have a 95 Maxima I changed the fuel injectors and now the car wont start.  so i put the old injectors back and it still wont turn over,  It stay on for about 2 sec can anyone help me

I assume you bled off fuel pressure before you installed the injectors. Try this to pressurize the fuel system. Turn the key to "on" position and wait 5 seconds. AT same time, listen carefully for a buzz sound that means the fuel pump is running to pressurize the system. It will shut off after 5 seconds. Then, turn off the key and wait 30 seconds for the computer power relay to shut off. Then, turn the key to "on" again. Thsi will run the fuel pump for another 5 seconds. Repeat 5 times. Fuel system should be pressurized now.
If it doesn't start now, you may have done something while you were changing the injector. good luck
