There are three T-25 head screws along the bottom of the inside door panel. Remove them. The face of the inside door handle is removable--just pry it off, probably don't even need a screwdriver to get it off. Underneath, you'll find two #1 phillips head screws. Remove them. Finally, grasp the door panel from the bottom and pull up. It hangs over a little lip against the window. Watch the door lock, make sure the panel clears that. You should have access to all the wiring harnesses that keep the panel attached.

Remove passenger side front door panel

The door panel is held in place mostly by clips. There will also be screws securing the panel. The screws are usually located in the door handle/the arm rest area. There may be 2-4 screws. Sometimes screws are located at the very bottom of the door panel; as well. Once screws are removed, pull on panel and the clips will release from the door and remain attached to panel. Once removed, you will see how it is held together and be able to reassemble it with relative ease

How do I remove the driver side front door panel to repair the power window?

The panel is held on with screws and clips. The screws are usually located in the armrest portion and possibly one around the door handle. Once the screws are removed you grab the door panel from the bottom and pull. The clips will release from the door. It is not uncommon for some of the clips to break or seperate from the door panel. Just reinstall the clips back into the panel and replace any that may break

How do you remove the door panel on this car? once again my window has gone out -I have had all 4 replaced am on my second round with most and cant afford to have it done again so thought to try myself -...

you will need a forked screw driver if it is held in place by clips it more than likely is since it is a 2000 model. run the forked screw driver under the door panel until you feel one of the clips, pry the clip up and repeat the process until all the clips have been pulled. then lift the panel upward to slid it out of the space between the top of the door and the window. dont pull it out hard because you have to unclip the wires leading to the switches before you are done, once those are off you should have the panel successfully removed. if there are any screws in the panel they will more than likely be around the basket section at the bottom of the door.

The rear bumper to the caravan is it held on by Christmas Tree Clips Or Screws?

There are 2 screws located behind the rear wheel on both side. (Phillips screws)
There are also 2 screws located under the rear door.
And the bottom of the bumper is held on using push in plastic clips. Unless you want to purchase new clips I would suggest purchasing a door clip removal tool.
Once the screws and the 4 clips are removed from under the cover it will slide outwards from the rear.
Thanks, Dorrian

The drivers side door won't open from the outside. How do you take the door apart from the inside? Thanks!

There are a couple of screws holding the armrest in place, remove them. Using a small pick type of tool, pop out the power window master switch, there is another screw under it. The door panel itself is held in place with push clips, so grab the panel from the bottom and pull it out until all the clips are out of the door, then slide it straight up to get it off the top of the door edge.

How to remove the front door of a 2000 toyota sienna

  1. Remove the phillips screw that holds the door handle trim piece (under the door handle)
  2. Remove the phillips screw at the upper front under the small round trim cap. Pry gently around all sides of the cap, prying a little more each time.
  3. Remove the arm rest by forcing it up with a screw driver. Start with the end towards the front of the car. Start prying at the front edge and next to the door panel. The arm rest has two clips (one at front edge and one about three inches back. Once the two clips are loose the arm rest flips towards you which unhooks the back two prongs.
  4. Pry off the control panel. This trim piece has a metal clip that you need to press from the front edge. There is a small indent to allow a small screwdriver. Don't use a screw driver! Use a thin putty knife, but a scredriver will work. There is a lip that the knife will catch on and release the trim. The back of the trim has a fixed clip, so unless you release the front clip it ain't gonna budge! Then unplug the attached wires.
  5. Now remove the 2 screws that appeared once the arm rest is off. I think that's all the screws. Pry the bottom of the panel away from the door starting at the bottom back corner (you will feel where there is resistance) and the plastic retaining clips will pop loose one after the other.
  6. Your panel should now be completely loose on both sides and the bottom, held on only by the top lip (that is supposed to lift off) and the door handle trim
  7. The door handle trim is a little tricky but once you know its not that hard. First of all its held it place by two clips. One is directory over the lock switch and one directly under it. Carefully pry underneath the trim in both of these location and twist the screwdriver to pop off the clips. There is still a hook clip nearer the front of the trim so to pull off the trim you have to kind of pop out the two clips while pulling towards the rear of the car since the hook clips slides out towards the rear.
  8. Once that is off its just a matter of lifting the whole panel up until it unhooks from the top of the door.

Driver side power window stopped working

The door panel is held on by plastic clips and 5 screws. 3 screws are on the bottom and 1 in the pull cup and 1 in the inner door handle. Then grab one of the corners and give a small tug, when you get some of the clips to pop out then proceed around the whole panel. To replace the panel take the clips out of the door with a fork and slide them back into the panel and then line it up on the door and use your hand like a hammer and bang the panel back on. Hope this helps

The sliding door handles of my 1998 Toyota Sienna have both broken.

I replaced both of my sliding door handles this weekend. It was actually pretty easy. Cheapest I could find the handles was a little over $70 each. The interior panel is held on with one screw and 10 nylon clips. The one screw is in the cup holder. Put you hand in the cup holder and push out at the bottom. It pops right off exposing the one screw. I started on the clips from the top at a corner. Seemed to be the easiest place to slide a screw driver under. Once I got the screw driver in, I started working my fingers under the panel. The clips run mostly along the top and bottom about 6 inches from the edge. I made an effort to apply the force as close to the clips as I could to reduce flexing the panel. Once I got the first clip to pop out the other followed pretty easy and the panel lifted right off. Carefully peel back the plastic barrier. The exterior handle is held on with two 10mm bolts. Connecting the short cable was pretty obvious once you could see everything. Now I have to teach everyone to open the side doors very gently! Hope this helps.

Removing inter door panel

Unscrew the armrests first.

Then you will see a few (i don't recall but i think there's 2) 5/16 sized screws under that.

The rest of the door panel is held on with plastic clips, which will most likely break, so be prepared to buy a few of them. You can gently "tug" on the door panel, starting at a corner and use a small flat head screwdriver, or a putty knife to pop out the clips.
